Fundación para el Futuro de la Salud is seeking a Programs & Operations Manager to support the organization’s programmatic, operational, and strategic efforts.
This position will play a key role in program coordination, operational support, and internal process development, contributing to initiatives focused on strengthening Puerto Rico’s healthcare system.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
We are seeking candidates with nonprofit experience, strong organizational and coordination skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience related to program and operations management.
